A young man takes his cattle to graze in the mountains. On the way back, he meets a young woman who wants to see the virgin guarded in a church that crowns the top of the mountain. The young man ends up accompanying her in her search, however, at some point during the improvised “pilgrimage” their paths separate and a mythical and ancestral figure is revealed.

Director
Audiovisual director with experience in short films. Graduated in Fine Arts in 2015 from the University of Barcelona. In 2018 he specialized in Documentary Direction in the Regular Course of the International Film and Television School of Cuba, EICTV. He has directed several short films that have been presented at more than 60 international festivals and have won awards at places such as Visions du Reel, AFIDOCS, Malaga Festival or Curtocircuito - Santiago de Compostela International Film Festival. His latest short film A COMUÑÓN DA MIÑA PRIMA ANDREA (2021), was nominated for the Mestre Mateo - Galician Audiovisual Academy Awards in 2022 and pre-selected for Best Documentary Short Film at the 76th Goya Awards (2022). Founding partner of Filmes de Pedra.
